I shopped and shopped for an infant car seat for my 3rd son! This one came up with great reviews and I am pleased with the purchase. I love that my baby can be in the seat till he is 30 pounds. The base was simple to install in my car. Removing the seat from the base is done with ease. I love the colors too! The head rest has kept Kaikea's head in place and isn't too bulky like others. The half canopy is great to keep baby shaded. The seat belt is easy to latch and undo; though I do have to loosen the straps each time I remove my son from the seat but even that is simple. He always looks so cozy in his Graco Infant Safeseat. I'm glad I decided to go with this infant carseat. I'd buy it all over again!

My husband and I thought we could get by with a convertable car seat, but soon found it to be more of a hassle than anything else! I researched car seats and came up loving what people had to say about this one. We bought it because it would be great for a boy or a girl and for safety! We have had no issues with the seat at all. We even have the stroller to match! It is a little more expensive than some of the other Graco seats but it what is more important than the safety of your little angel?

Received this car seat with stroller for 3rd child. LOVE it! All of our children were over 9 lbs at birth and outgrew the SnugRide by 4.5 months. My son is 10.5 months old now and is still in it. Wish we would have had it for all of them.

We just bought this seat in another fabric. We had borrowed an infant seat - the snugride - and had used it up until 7 months. Our daughter is on the long side though, and has definitely passed the 26" limit of the seat she was in. We were looking at convertible seats that could be rear-facing, could recline (we NEED that for long car trips) and could fit in our vehicle (subaru). We were not having much luck. Then we found this one which can accommodate up to 32" and 30 lbs. Knowing we're going to have another baby, this one made more sense. We didn't have to move the seat when installing this one in place of the snugride it was replacing. Now we can get a booster seat in a few months and not worry about the size (much less of a concern when front-facing). It also has more padding than the older snugride and she seems really comfy in it!

After a lot of research we purchased this seat just before our son was born. It's a great seat and I know the reviews are wonderful, but try it in your car before you buy or try it and return it if it doesn't work. It is really long in the base compared to other models so you have to have a lot of room between the front seat and back seat to install it. I have it behind the driver's seat - I'm 5'5" and if anyone taller drives my car (which is a good size vehicle - the Volvo XC90 SUV) we have to move the carseat - you can't back up the driver's seat any more. It is easy to install (thankfully!) Also, it's pretty big to lug around - and as my child grows I find it easier just to take him out rather than deal with it in a store. That is a common complaint for all infant seats. Because of that, I will have him in a regular child seat as soon as he's old enough/big enough so the upgrade from SnugRide to SafeSeat was wasted with us. Just some things to consider!

This car seat is a little heavy but we were expecting that when we ordered it. Our daughter was 4 weeks early and had to have blankets placed in the seat with her to keep her snug but very shortly after taking her home we had to downsize the blankets and a month and half later we have nothing in there. Now that it's getting cold out the easy loosen and tighten straps are so usefull with her jacket. We have also felt very secure with her safety in this seat even when she was only 5lbs. Plus we have gotten so many compliments on the pattern-even before we left the hospital!!

After A LOT of research, I finally chose this seat. I couldn't be happier with its ease of use, durability and saftey features. We also purchased the matching stroller and love it as well. It has two compartments for keys and cellphones, two cup holders, storage underneath for your purse or diaper bag and is very easy to manuever.

i really love this car seat.i am expecting my second child and this seat really makes the infant seat worth having(my daughter didn't get to use her snug-ride as long as i would have liked due to the weight limit).it is padded really well(the headrest is fantastic), the fabric is nice and nicely colored, and this carseat isn't really heavier than the other infant seats i have owned(and now i can keep baby rear-facing til 30 lbs!!).so i am very pleased with this product!!!

We love this car seat! It is very easy to use and it great looking! We are also glad it will last longer because of the higher weight limit. Highly Recommend!
